What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee and the goods may be returned to us free of charge as long as the following procedures are taken:

We are unable to offer a refund on any cosmetic item due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

We must be notified within 14 days of you having received a delivery if there is any problem.     This can be done via email to perfumestop@gmail.com or via telephone on 02089520131- please ask for the online department

All returned items must be in their original packaging with all seals and cellophane in tact in     order for resale.

Please ensure that the parcel is re-packaged well and that it is securely sealed to avoid any damage occurring to the item. 

We strongly urge you to request a proof of postage from the postoffice as perfumestop will not be liable for lost returns.
